What Happens After You Submit
- Your enquiry is spam-checked, stored securely and read by a person, not queued in software
- If and when an independent contractor is confirmed for your area, we refer your enquiry to that one contractor, and to no one else
- The contractor contacts you to quote: straightforward jobs can often be quoted from photos, larger or more complex jobs may need a brief on-site visit to measure and assess the surface properly
- Once you’re happy with the written quote, the contractor confirms a booking date with you; your contract is with them, not with us
- No obligation, a quote costs nothing, and you pay us nothing

Tips for Sending Photos
Good photos make a big difference to quote accuracy. Here’s what’s helpful:
- Wide shot showing the whole surface from a standing position
- Close-up of any cracking, pitting, staining or areas of concern
- Edge shot showing where the concrete meets paths, grass or garden beds
- Natural light is best, avoid photos taken in direct glare or after rain if you can
The more the contractor can see in the photos, the more accurate your quote will be, and the fewer surprises on job day.
Common Enquiry Types
Driveway resurfacing, the most common job. Tell us if it’s a single or double driveway, whether there’s any cracking, and whether you want a basic reseal or a decorative overlay with texture or stencil.
Pool surround resurfacing, note whether the pool is in a coastal location (within a few hundred metres of the ocean or bay), whether the surround is currently rough or smooth, and whether there’s any non-slip concern.
Patio/entertaining area, let us know the approximate size and whether it connects to a pool surround or driveway (combined jobs are often more cost-effective).
Garage floor, note whether the garage is single or double, and whether you have a preference for colour or finish style (plain colour, flake/chip, metallic).
Holiday home / pre-sale, mention this in the notes so it can be factored into your timeline. Contractors can usually work around rental bookings and send completion photos if you’re not in Port Stephens.
