Tips for Sending Photos
Good photos make a big difference to quote accuracy. Here’s what’s helpful:
- Wide shot showing the whole surface from a standing position
- Close-up of any cracking, pitting, staining or areas of concern
- Edge shot showing where the concrete meets paths, grass or garden beds
- Natural light is best — avoid photos taken in direct glare or after rain if you can
The more we can see in the photos, the more accurate your quote will be — and the fewer surprises on job day.
Common Enquiry Types
Driveway resurfacing — the most common job. Tell us if it’s a single or double driveway, whether there’s any cracking, and whether you want a basic reseal or a decorative overlay with texture or stencil.
Pool surround resurfacing — note whether the pool is in a coastal location (within a few hundred metres of the ocean or bay), whether the surround is currently rough or smooth, and whether there’s any non-slip concern.
Patio/entertaining area — let us know the approximate size and whether it connects to a pool surround or driveway (combined jobs are often more cost-effective).
Garage floor — note whether the garage is single or double, and whether you have a preference for colour or finish style (plain colour, flake/chip, metallic).
Holiday home / pre-sale — mention this in the notes so we can factor in your timeline. We can often work around rental bookings and provide completion photos remotely if you’re not in Port Stephens.
